About us
I'm thrilled you're here.
I am Pablo Cruz. I was born and raised in Siguatepeque, Honduras, and I am passionate about cycling, exercise science, and helping athletes reach their full potential.
In 2019, after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Midwestern State University, I started my own coaching business while continuing my academic journey by pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at the same university.
During my time at Midwestern State University, I became the head coach of the varsity cycling program for three years, leading the team to two collegiate national championships. I also taught Exercise Physiology courses at the undergraduate level, where I enjoyed mentoring students and sharing the science behind human performance.
Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where I work as a Research Assistant in the Clinical Exercise Oncology Laboratory. My research focuses on how exercise interventions can improve health, physical function, and quality of life in clinical and aging populations.
Through my coaching, I work with cyclists of all ages and fitness levels, creating structured, evidence-based training programs that combine over a decade of racing experience with the latest scientific research to help athletes achieve their goals.
