I'm thrilled you're here.

I am Pablo Cruz. I was born and raised in Siguatepeque, Honduras, I am 31 years old. In 2019 after graduating with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology at Midwestern State University, I came up with the idea of ​​starting my own coaching business, and not long after I started my Masters in Exercise Physiology as well at the same university.

I am an instructor of Exercise Physiology at Midwestern State University and also the Cycling Coach for the MSU Cycling team . I am dedicated to mentoring cyclists from all ages and fitness levels: I create and prescribe structured training workouts based on 10+ years of racing experience and updated scientific literature.
